2021 Fee Schedule and Enrollment Terms.

Tuition covers all lodging, meals, sports, coaching, canteen visits, trips, insurance, security, camper email service, and a camp T-shirt.
Deposits. Deposits must be paid at the time of enrollment. The amount of the deposit is determined by the date of the application and whether the camper is enrolling for one or more sessions:

Discounts: Siblings attending Ramah Sports Academy will receive a $100 discount per additional camper. Pay in full by November 1, 2020 and receive a $200 discount on tuition.
Financial Assistance. Need-based financial assistance is available. Applications are located on our website here. Applications must be submitted by January 29th.
Payment schedule. Progress payments must be made by December 1st, February 1st, and April 1st. The amount due by each of these dates is as follows:

Method of Payment. Payment may be made by check, echeck, credit card. Checks are payable to Ramah Sports Academy. A $30 fee will be assessed for each check returned to us unpaid by your bank. Credit cards are accepted without processing fees beyond the early enrollment period. Bounced checks must be repaid within one week and a second bounced check will require a wire, bank draft or cash deposit. Bounced checks, late payments and deviations from this agreement may void any and all discounts offered. Payment discounts will be prorated at the same rate as tuition.
Cancellations. For 2021 only there is no penalty for cancellations before March 1, 2021. A cancellation fee of 50% of tuition will be withheld for cancellations after March 1, 2021. We will communicate regularly with families about adjustments or extensions needed due to COVID-19.
Camper Withdrawals. No tuition refunds will be made for withdrawals after the start of camp that are initiated by parents without the concurrence of camp or if a camper is sent home due to behavioral misconduct.
Discounts, Financial Aid & Grants
- Early Payment Discount: Pay in full by November 1, 2020 – $200
- Sibling discount: $100 per additional child
At Ramah Sports Academy, we believe that all interested campers should have the opportunity to attend our inspiring camp. Our financial aid committee will begin distributing financial aid for the upcoming summer beginning in November 2020.

First-Time Camper Grants
First-Time Camper Grants may be available through the One Happy Camper (OHC) program regardless of financial need.
